1 Hour Service Visit @ $100 USD applies only when tech visits are 1 hour or less. Visits extending 15 mins after the hour are billed at the 2 hour minimum of $75/hr.
- Service Includes; door-to-door service (within a 15 mile radius of Downtown Houston) +$20.00 surcharge for outside these limits; Technical Triaging, Support; Configuration; or any services which have been discussed in advance.
- Additional hours billed at tier rate and hourly discounts may apply.
